Consider the network shown in the photograph below, which is comprised of a
battery, a switch and fourteen resistors. If you are not familiar with the
color coding of resistors, you could try doing a web search for resistor
color codes'' or similar.

Answer the following questions about this network:

Assume that the switch is open. Determine the voltage that would be measured between the two nodes labeled "plus" and "minus" in large red symbols

Assume that the switch is closed. Determine the current that flows out from the positive terminal of the battery.
