Below we see several graphs. The first two graphs are Bode plots depicting the frequency response \tilde{H}(\omega) = {\tilde{v_{\rm C}}\over\tilde{V}} of this circuit when the input V(t) is a sinusoid, and the second two graphs show part of how the circuit responds to a step input, where V(t) = \begin{cases}0 & \text{if}~t<0\\V_o & \text{otherwise}\end{cases}
Using these graphs, find the values of V_o, R, and C. If there is not enough information to find one or more of these values, try to express constraints on the values that can be determined, and indicate what other information would be needed to solve for the individual values.
