Assume that for all t< 0, v_{\rm C}(t) = I_{\rm S}(t) = V_{\rm S}(t) = 0.

At time t=0, the source values change; for all time t > 0, we instead have I_{\rm S}(t) = 2{\rm mA} and V_{\rm S}(t) = 14{\rm V}.
